includes all taxes, local 720 benefits (excluding Medical), and payroll fee

 

Added to the above hourly rates is an I.A.T.S.E. Local 720 Medical charge of $28.00 per person/day.

¨ Overtime at 1.5 x for 9th through 12th consecutive hours.

¨ Overtime at 2x for 13th through 24th consecutive hours.

¨ Overtime at 3x for any hours over 24 consecutive hours.

¨ Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours of straight time in a five day period.

¨ Employee’s sixth work day (in a seven day period) is paid at 1.5x (first 8 hours, 2x thereafter).

¨ Employee’s seventh work day (in a seven day period) is paid at 2x.

¨ New Year’s, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Labor, Memorial, and Independence Days paid at 2x.

¨ Employees must receive a 1 hour meal break no later than 5 hours after beginning work, and no less than 2 hours after beginning work.  Employees given a meal break must receive at least 2 hours of work following the break. If no meal break is given all work done until a meal break is provided will be at 2x the appropriate rate.

¨ Employees must receive an 8 hour rest period between work calls.  If rest period is less than 8 hours all work after rest period is paid at 3x the appropriate rate.

Overtime Conditions

è The Real “Lowest Rates” for Local 720 Labor.

è No Mandatory Payroll Supervisor.

          (Other than Local 720 steward rules.)

è 15 Day Net on Final Invoices.
